Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has been my biggest teacher of self expression, presence, and acceptance. I am beyond grateful for the variety of dance styles I have accumulated over the years. One of my favorite being Lindy Hop, a partner dance where you can't help but smile. I have been swing dancing for over 7 years, and teaching for 5. I believe dance holds a conversation like no other. Allow yourself the gift of learning this beautiful, playful, engaging dance.
